You're not looking to piece together all of your freebie downloads from various coaches to be still left stranded figuring it out on your own. You're looking for a seasoned expert who will get in the trenches with you, helping you navigate your business challenges and goals every step of the way with ACTIONABLE steps that you know will work.
MY APPROACH:
I'm not like most coaches in the online space who specialize in one area of marketing—e.g., content, email, website, social media growth, lead gen, sales, etc. While there's nothing wrong with specialty (heck, we need specialists), I find that it still leaves many entrepreneurs and business owners stuck in piecing things together because these aspects of promoting and running your business don't work in a vacuum. They're all integrated, and they start with a strong brand foundation. Otherwise, everything falls apart.
Think of me as your "dot connector." At my core, I'm a brand-builder and strategist. At this point in my career, I've just about seen it all and done it all, having built award-winning brands from scratch, created and implemented engaging content strategies, taken social media accounts from life support to the top of their industry, built personalized and converting websites, analyzed marketing data to make smart business decisions, developed products and services rooted in research, and future-proofed business models.
With a unique blend of experience as a former corporate executive at one of the top global consulting firms and has held brand and marketing leadership roles at well-known digital agencies and global brands, I know what it takes to build profitable and sustainable businesses.
I bring a personalized coaching and consultative approach to my clients because there is no such thing as a "one size fits all" solution for any business. My goal is to not only help you get out of the stuck and overwhelm, but empower you with the tried and true strategies and systems used by the biggest brands in the world, tailored to your business. WHAT'S INCLUDED:
- Commitment: I work with clients on a 3-month minimum commitment basis because diagnosing your business challenges, course-correcting strategies, and building momentum takes time. Certainly, we'll work at a pace that feels good for you and that you're comfortable with.
- Weekly 60-Minute Sessions: We'll discuss your priorities through recurring Zoom touch-bases to maximize our time together.
- Strategy & Action: Our sessions are dynamic and flexible, as we'll co-create together (think of this as "done with you") as we dive deep into the weeds of your business and evaluate and track those goals. I may call on relevant templates, frameworks, and systems, prompt a brainstorm, or assign homework. It depends on your needs and the direction of our discussion. It's through this type of co-creation that I find the magic of ideas, innovation, and real progress happens.
- Brand Health Assessment: As part of the initial intake process, I'll audit your brand and marketing to identify the gaps and opportunities.
- Consistent Support: Between our calls, you'll have ongoing access to and support from me to vet-- questions that come up; you need an extra set of eyes to review your marketing assets; either way, I never want you feeling stuck or stranded.
